The staff is very friendly. Our accomodations were great, clean and comfortable. Ownership is trying VERY hard to update beautify the property. While refurbishment is in process in certain areas their completed works are fantastic. Shower fixtures are new and work very well. Hot and refreshing. New door locks are strong. Ownership seems to be spending a lot of time and money making One Savannah top notch accomodations for all. Accept the lower prices to stay while you can. The staff really cares about your stay. Give them a chance. It's worth it.

The price was the reason I stayed here. It was nice bright white and cheery. Clean. The property is an old hotel being converted into an updated newer hotel. Still a work in progress. I enjoyed dinner at Perkins. Which was very convenient since it was later when I got into town and I didn't want to roam around for food. Overall I was satisfied. There are no fancy frills. If that is what you need this is not for you.

Our room was very clean and had a minimalist theme. Location was pretty convenient, right off the freeway and they were able to accommodate our request to move to another room at the back of the property. Recycled sculptures in the reception area and right outside the main door were definitely fun, unique and left a pretty good impression.

Beds are clean & comfy water get nice and hot Location is ok convenient stores are walking distance. Also Dine in restaurant is located right next to hotel for a hot breakfast are lunch. Overall no bugs rooms are clean I got really good rest and enjoyed my stay.
